Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Transactions and Theft from My OPay Account
Dear OPay Management,
I am writing to formally report the unauthorized theft of funds from my OPay account and to request your immediate intervention.
On the 7th and 8th of July, 2026, the day of the incident, all the money in my OPay account, including my salary, was withdrawn without my authorization. I did not receive any OTP, transaction authorization request, or fraud alert before these transactions were carried out. I neither approved nor initiated the transfers.
I strongly believe my account was compromised, and I am deeply concerned that my personal and financial information may have been exposed. This incident has caused me severe financial hardship and emotional distress.
I have reported this matter through your customer support channels, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I respectfully request that OPay urgently:
- Investigate the unauthorized transactions on my account.
- Freeze and trace the recipient account(s), if possible.
- Reverse the stolen funds where applicable.
- Explain how these transactions were processed without my authorization or an OTP.
- Strengthen the security of my account and prevent any further unauthorized access.
I kindly ask that this complaint be treated as a matter of urgency. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
