Subject: Urgent: Report of Fraudulent Activity
Dear Opay Bank Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a fraudulent activity that occurred through your bank app.
On 6th of July , I was contacted by an individual claiming to be a cryptocurrency investor using the Opay Bank app. He convinced me to send a certain amount of money for investment purposes, which I did.
Unfortunately, after I transferred the funds, he blocked me and has been unresponsive since then.
Here are the details of the transaction:
- Date of Transaction: 6th July 2024
- Amount Sent: 380,000
- Recipient's Account Name: Funmi dada Thomas
- Recipient's Account Number:708465****
I request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and taking necessary action to recover my funds. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end.

Unable to receive money from my betting app
I am not able to withdraw from my betting account into my Opay. After lodging a complaint with the betting company, they told me the issue is not from their own end and that I should contact my bank.
Please, I need your help. Each time I tried to withdraw I got this message: 'Sorry, your account cannot be resolved, please provide a valid account'. I have some money in my betting account that I want to withdraw.
